It’s my mission to help people overcome the crippling and debilitating effects of stress and anxiety, so they can being to feel like themselves again, becoming more relaxed and at ease in their world.
Using the power of your mind and energy, we can get to the root of your problems and create a successful strategy for you, so you can be free from your stress or anxiety symptoms and create positive ways of dealing with challenges that right now feel too big or scary for you to get over.

I’m Ferris Jay and I’ve spent the past 18 years helping others regain balance and peace in their lives using mind and energy techniques that I’ve also used to deal with my own personal struggles with stress and anxiety. I’ve used and developed simple and effective methods that everybody can use to feel better, fast.

Stress has become an epidemic

Can’t sleep because of worry? Waking in the morning with racing thoughts that create a knot in your stomach and you can hardly face the day ahead?  Sadly, you’re not alone.
Ongoing stress wreaks havoc with our mind and body, stops us from coping well mentally and emotionally and can lead to physical illness if not dealt with properly. It has many triggers, from money worries, job changes or family difficulties. Over time it gets harder and harder to keep going, to find balance, or feel better. Your problems can start to seem to mount up until you think you’ll crack under the strain.

Anxiety robs us of our peace

Being in the grip of anxiety can be a terrifying experience. It can literally take our breath away. During a panic attack some people think that they are dying. It can be that intense and terrifying.
Maybe you know what brings on your symptoms or perhaps you can’t figure out what is triggering you into panic or upset and you’re just constantly on high alert and overly sensitive. It can be very draining to live like that but, whatever your situation, trust there are solutions that can work for you. We can find a way for you to regain control of your mind, thoughts and emotions so that you can become more balanced and feel more at ease again.
